The Stopping Power of Water

I stole the title. It's from IR theory (and another student caught the pun first). However, it so perfectly describes the Hell's Angels' failed assassination attempt of Mick Jagger, I had to keep it. Apparently after his hands were clenched in fists of rage, (you know, on the day the music died) Mick failed to support the Angel's born in Hell against an FBI investigation into their nefarious behavior. This prompted an attack, BY SEA!!!

It sounds incredible. If they had read any military strategy, however, these motorcyclists would have known the "stopping power of water" makes sea attacks particularly difficult. Something these unsuccessful pirates learned the hard way.
